You forgot to add that they're running out of time AND money.

"Ugh, the team is really stressed out over the amount of money and time we have left. #fb"

Re: Weekly megalist updates 07/05/09

I try to keep the list only for stuff directly related to the game rather than the company. I figure most people don't really give a shit about their finances or them hiring animators or whatever, they just want to know about the game.

updated the list with some release date confirmation: Fall '09.

It was probably a joke anyway.

Re: Weekly megalist updates 07/05/09

Seems like flash for the UI+Steam running in background+ occlusion culling might mean a pretty hefty cpu will be needed to run this.

Re: Weekly megalist updates 07/05/09

Well the FAQ on the ns2 website states :

What are the system requirements?

A 1.2 GHz Processor, 256MB RAM, a DirectX 9 level graphics card, Windows 2000/XP/ME/98, mouse, keyboard and of course, an internet connection.

Whilst this might be underestimating it a bit it seems they're aiming for a pretty small footprint?

From a business perspective, they want as low system requirements as possible, or atleast great scalability to how low you can put your graphics.
